Research, Documentation and Dissemination

In order to enhance information sharing, RECABIP will deliberately ensure that the documents emerging from its work are published and disseminated in an easily-accessible manner to as wide a group of stakeholders as possible.

Workshop Booking Conditions

1. Accommodation information, including costs, will be sent to participants 2 weeks before the Workshop. RECABIP aims to ensure that workshops are held at cost-effective venues that provide participants with an excellent learning environment. For planning purposes, Accommodation costs are likely to range from $50 - $100 per day on a half-board basis

2. Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis, up to a maximum of three people per organization. Larger bookings may be accepted on request.

3. Spaces will only be confirmed upon receipt of the workshop fee by cash or banker’s cheque or electronic transfer. RECABIP will supply banking details to respective participants. The booking form should be sent in advance of payment by fax or email, but this will not guarantee a place.

4. Any event will only go ahead with a minimum of 10 Participants. If uptake is lower than this, RECABIP will cancel or postpone the event and advise participants 5 working days before the planned date. Should the event go ahead, a final confirmation letter with further details of the event and venue will be sent to you within the same deadline. Please bear this in mind while making your travel arrangements, as RECABIP is not in a position to refund travel costs.

5. A 10% Admin fee will be charged for all cancellations.

6. Cancellations will be accepted up to 5 working days before the workshop. Refunds cannot be given for any cancellations made after this time. However you may delegate a colleague to attend in your place. In exceptional circumstances, RECABIP will consider transferring your place to another workshop.

7. In cases where RECABIP can accommodate late applicants where no payment in advance is possible, you will be invoiced for the workshop whether you attend or not.

8. You will receive an initial confirmation within 7 days of receiving your booking, and a final confirmation with directions and an agenda will be sent to you 5 days before the workshop.
